Well gym it is not a hobby but a place to do some exercise right?.. so for this entry we will focus on people interest on gym. as you can see, people now a day have quite of fat store in their body.. right?.. haha.. how does this thing happen.. we cannot blame to fast food restaurant though.. it is all in your heart either you want it to happen or not..
Just try to imagine this fact, everyday people need to stuff their stomach in order to survive (LOL, this sounds too drastic) or to continue their life. All of this food will be process down (digested) in order for our body to use its nutrient to make our body functional normally.
We eat and we drink. It is happen everyday ( though some unfortunate guy didn't eat for days ) in our life. This nutrient that we consume everyday will become our source of energy either to move around or regenerate.
Let do some thinking together. What will happen when our vehicle get fuel everyday although we just use it just for while sometime? The gas tank will be full right? Unlike this vehicle, our body is different. For vehicle, we can stop from fuelling. It will not get hungry though but not our stomach. It need to be stuff everyday. This left over nutrient either become s*** ( you know what I mean ), it will became fat. This fat will be store under our skin as a reserve energy for our future. Either to move around or to heat our body. Well I am not a doctor or a scientist. so I not really sure what happen though. By eating everyday, this fat will be add more and more. Without a proper use of this fat, people we become to what we know fat people ( NO HARM MEANING. OPEN YOUR MIND.. HUHU )
Some people doesn't ever care about the fact they are getting bigger but for some other people they realize this fact and try to do something to counteract this matter. For the people with this awareness, they will try to do something. Some of them will use some special cream to burn this fat, some of them will try to do more drastic way by doing plastic surgery such as liposuction. But for some other people, they prefer to do it in more natural way and it was by doing exercise.
For this entry, I would like to suggest a gymnasium. It is a good place to do some exercise. You can have a lot of different type of exercise. It has a lot of equipments that can be use for fat burning.
Here I will show you some of gym equipment.
This is what we call treadmill. using for indoor running.. You can have you run while staying in one place.. Good for people who hate to be burn by sun though.. huhu..
This one it is call dumbbell. May vary in shape and weight.. Most common object in gym. there is a lot of exercise we can do with this thing..
Work Bench. Most use for abs exercise.. Looking for abs like Korean?.. Try this one.. huhu..

Workout Tower. Still for abs though.

Bikes. Just like ordinary bicycle. Like treadmill, you can enjoy this thing indoor without worry to be burn by sun.
